The Site is operated by ROOTS SHPK, an Albanian limited-liability company (Shoqëri me Përgjegjësi të Kufizuar) registered at the Albanian National Business Centre (Qendra Kombëtare e Biznesit · QKB):

The Site is a static one-page company brochure. It does not require an account, does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party analytics. The only personal data we receive is what you send us — for example, when you contact us by email or phone — and we use it solely to reply to you and keep a record of our correspondence.

The Site is hosted on a server we operate in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). Our web server keeps short-term access logs (timestamp, IP address, requested URL, user-agent) for security and operational reasons. These logs are not used to profile visitors and are deleted on a rolling basis.

The mobile apps published by ROOTS SHPK have their own dedicated privacy policies, which apply when you install and use them:

Under EU/EEA data-protection law (GDPR) and the Albanian Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to certain processing, and (where applicable) receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@roots-shpk.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDP).

If we make material changes to this Policy we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, reach out via the contact channel you used.
